Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Priority Shipping (7-12 Days, Tracked & Insured): A flat rate of A$15 applies to all orders under $100.
Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping worldwide.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the threshold.

Processing Times

We aim to process and ship all orders on the same business day after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders are delivered within the following timeframes:

Australia-Wide Shipping: 7–12 business days
International Shipping: 7–12 business days (may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors)

Please note that unforeseen courier delays may occasionally impact delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Use this link to stay updated on your delivery status. You can also check here

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries at the same flat rate as domestic shipping. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Comfy Puppy.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@comfypuppy.co. Changes can only be made before your order is shipped.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While rare, if your shipment is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@comfypuppy.co, and we’ll assist you in locating your order.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@comfypuppy.co with photos of the item(s) and packaging. We’ll assess the situation and work to resolve it promptly.
