Refund policy

At ComfyPuppy, we want you and your furry friends to love every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, we’re here to help with the following guidelines:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, in re-sellable condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted on final sale items or gift cards.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@comfypuppy.co with:
    • Your full name
    • The name of the item(s) you’d like to return
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item(s).
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@comfypuppy.co.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, the fastest way is to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@comfypuppy.co with:

  • Your full name
  • The item name
  • Photos and/or videos of the damage or fault

We’ll assess the issue and may request the item to be returned for inspection. If it’s determined to be a manufacturing or materials fault, we’ll replace the item or offer a full refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
